If soundproofing is a concern for you, note that the boiler and air conditioner can be noisy when running, and you can even hear conversations from the room next door. Regarding the room's condition, it was a bit of a hassle having to clean everything thoroughly after moving in, but when the air conditioner ran out of refrigerant, the landlord resolved the issue quickly after I let them know.
The cleaning in the bathroom was a bit lacking, but I had a pleasant stay overall. The host was kind. I wish you all the best.
