It was a struggle finding a place for a short-term rental that allowed for official resident registration, but thanks to the owner's thoughtfulness, I was able to settle in comfortably! I was a bit flustered by some minor issues after moving in, but the quick response ensured I had a comfortable stay right up to the end. I hope this place proves helpful to many others!
I found this place while looking for a home to stay with my cat during my own home renovation. Itโs in a great location, and since itโs an end unit, it has two windows that let in plenty of lightโso even though the space is compact, it didn't feel cramped at all. The AC and hot water/heating systems worked perfectly, and the surrounding area has great amenities. For a studio-style officetel, it was surprisingly quiet; I didn't run into neighbors on the same floor and slept soundly without noise disturbances. There was some noise when the boiler or outdoor AC unit ran, but the bed was incredibly softโIโd pass out the moment I lay down, so I got used to the noise quickly! The host was extremely kind and responsive, making move-in a breeze. Just a heads-up for anyone driving a Kia Ray: mechanical parking isn't available for that model, so please keep that in mind. I had a wonderful five weeks here. โบ๏ธ
