- This is a space where you can enjoy the sunset while smelling the cozy scent of wood. - Although it doesn't have an ocean view, you can reach the refreshing sea in just a 1-minute walk. - Yeonggeumjeong, a famous spot for sunrise, is also within walking distance. - Jangsa Port, a snorkeling spot, is also within walking distance. - You can sit on the flat bench and enjoy the view of Yeongrangho Lake, Seoraksan Mountain, and Ulsanbawi Rock, which unfolds like a painting. - At night, take a walk and explore the street food stalls.
- There is a city bus stop in front of the building. (The opposite side is for city use, and in front of the building, you can go to Goseong (Ayajin, Badajeongwon, etc.).) - Intercity bus terminal, Sokcho Medical Center within 5 minutes by car - E-Mart, Sokcho Beach within 10 minutes by car
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - If you will be arriving late, we recommend parking on the 1st floor or by the beach rather than in the underground parking lot. - Smoking indoors and vaping are not allowed. - Be mindful of noise late at night. - Pets are not allowed. - The portable air conditioner may generate noise. (If you are sensitive to noise, please consider this carefully before booking.)
♡Haedam (海潭)♡ -The building is old and the exterior is worn, but the interior has been completely remodeled, so everyone who visits is satisfied. - Cooking is allowed in the room. However, for a pleasant environment, cooking fish, snow crab, red crab, or grilled meat is not allowed. (Please understand for the next guest 👏) - Please wash dishes, dispose of food waste, and separate recyclables before checking out. (Please dispose of them in the recycling area on the 1st floor.) - The air conditioner in the room is an indoor unit, so it may be noisy. (If you are sensitive to noise, please check before booking.) - The standard occupancy is 3 people, with one queen bed and one single mattress. Families can stay without additional cost, but you need to bring your own extra bedding. - We are not a hotel, so towels, disposable items, and personal hygiene products are not provided. We apologize for the inconvenience, but you need to bring your own.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, due to the nature of the building, electric hot water and electric boilers are used, so additional charges may be incurred if electricity is used excessively. (Please use it in moderation. ^^)
The view was so good, the facilities were good, and the location was good. It was the best facility for a short-term stay when visiting Sokcho. If I come to Sokcho again, I will definitely stay here!!
Thanks to the host's thoughtful consideration, my child and I had a wonderful trip. The room was clean and very nice. I'll visit again next time.
