The neighborhood is very convenient and nice, but it is a bit noisy. I looked for this place because parking was available, so it was disappointing to find out it wasn't possible.
As the property is located away from the busy downtown area and features decent soundproofing, guests typically do not experience issues with building noise; however, it appears you were unfortunately inconvenienced by noise during your stay. Regarding parking, paid parking is available on-site as stated on the information page, though it seems there was a misunderstanding that it was free. We made every effort to resolve issues—such as quickly replacing the TV when a problem arose—but we apologize if any aspects of your stay remained unsatisfactory. Should you choose to stay with us again, we will work to improve upon the areas you mentioned to ensure a more comfortable experience. Thank you.
