This may be grounds for eviction. - Bedding and towels are not provided. - As this is not a lodging business, disposable and consumable items are not provided.
-Convenient facilities such as a supermarket, Daiso, hardware store, Geoje Market, Starbucks, and McDonald's are within a 5-10 minute distance. -Please purchase and use a pay-as-you-throw bag, and strictly adhere to separate collection and food waste separation. (Food waste can be disposed of in the dedicated bin on the 1st floor without purchasing a bag or chip.) -Restoration costs may be incurred in case of damage.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
It was my dream to live in a rooftop room since I was a child. The accommodation was sentimental, and the surrounding infrastructure was good. I had a happy time and am leaving now~~♡♡♡
