This is a fully furnished room with a bed, TV, refrigerator, etc. You can cook simple meals because there is a kitchen. It has a view of Moonlight Park right in front. If needed, hotel-style cleaning is provided once a week (additional cost).
It is within a 5-minute walk from Songdo Moonlight Park Station on Incheon Subway Line 1. There is ample parking space.
Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed.
Songdo Moonlight Park is located across the street, and Songdo Central Park is nearby. If the property is damaged or soiled, you will be charged for the cost of damages. It is cleaned so that you can use it immediately after moving in.
All management fees are included. However, unreasonable expenses will be charged.

It's a 5-minute walk from Dalbit Festival Station. The pool and gym are paid. I recommend it to those who are coming for a short period, like a month or a few weeks from overseas.
