The management fee includes all utility bills such as electricity, water, gas, and internet. π‘ However, if excessive use beyond the normal range is confirmed, additional management fees may be charged. The included management fee is based on 2 people. - If the number of people increases, it is 50,000 won per person per week, and 80,000 won per pet per week (this is a benefit provided as a service because a special cleaning fee of 330,000 won is incurred for pets. Special cleaning by a professional will be carried out after check-out for pets to keep the place clean.) It is negotiable for long-term contracts. *Short-term rentals are not accommodation businesses, so bedding and disposable items are not provided. Highly recommended. Winter in Korea was quite cold, but the house was warm and comfortable, so I was able to stay very well. The location was also great, with easy access to the subway station. The host, Mark, was also very kind and friendly, and he speaks fluent English. Thank you.
