It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 3 of Hongik University Station (directly connected to the Airport Railroad). There are many parks, convenience stores, various restaurants, shopping shops, and pubs within a 1-minute walk.
We will provide instructions on how to move in once the contract is confirmed.
You must be quiet after 10 PM, and you cannot invite friends or have parties. Please refrain from using the washing machine after 10 PM. After using up the initial supplies provided, you must purchase your own (e.g., toilet paper, shampoo). Food waste, general waste, and recyclables must be separated and disposed of on the designated days and at the designated times.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Gas usage in winter varies greatly from person to person, so it is calculated separately. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed upon check-out.
The apartment was great—spacious, clean, and very quiet. The Wi-Fi worked properly. It offered great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay.
