1. Parking is very convenient. 2. The landlord is kind and promptly resolves any issues. 3. The room is spacious and clean, and fully equipped with bedding and kitchenware. 4. It is close to Okgye and the 4th Industrial Complex. 5. Being on the ground floor was a particular plus, as I didn't have to use the elevator.
