- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Restoration costs will be incurred for smoking or contamination (e.g., blanket discoloration, wallpaper, floor damage).
✔️ CCTV is used only for safety and accommodation management purposes. ✔️ Please refrain from making loud noises after 8 PM and be considerate during your stay. ✔️ Pets are not allowed. ✔️ Any guests not previously registered will be subject to forced eviction without a refund. (Simple visits are not permitted, and there is an additional charge for extra guests.) ✔️ Cooking food that produces a lot of smoke or odor is prohibited in the accommodation. (Grilling meat, such as pork belly, is strictly forbidden.) ✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation.
