This is a clean, two-room unit in a building that is practically new. - Furnishings/appliances include a refrigerator, air conditioner, front-loading washing machine, TV, gas stove, microwave, and clothes rack. - The management fee covers all utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet, and TV) as well as building maintenance costs. - It is a well-maintained, clean property managed by a professional management company. - Maximum occupancy is 3 people; an additional fee applies for each extra person.
- It is a 5–7 minute walk from Bongcheon Station (Seoul Subway Line 2), an area with many great restaurants. - You can reach Gangnam, Noryangjin, and Seoul National University within 10–15 minutes by public transport. - There is also a bus stop right in front of the building, making transportation very convenient.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. You can use the outdoor table on the balcony. ~^^
- We will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed. - As this is a quiet residential area, please be mindful of noise levels (e.g., parties) to avoid disturbing the neighbors. An additional fee of 60,000 KRW per week (7 days) applies for each additional person. **Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. Additional charges may apply in the event of equipment malfunction, damage, or severe soiling.
Additional charges apply for excessive electricity or gas usage. An extra cleaning fee may be charged if the room is left excessively dirty or soiled upon checkout. Please be advised that additional costs may be incurred if any items are found to be damaged or broken. Any items left behind upon checkout will be discarded.
The space is quite spacious and everything is prepared, so a family of three can stay comfortably!
