I would like to entrust my home to you while I am temporarily abroad. :) - This house is equipped with comfortable beds and a TV for your comfort. I have created a modern and luxurious atmosphere for a relaxing stay.
- It is a 10-minute walk from the Eunpyeong Bus Depot. (You can get there faster by using the skywalk on the 1st floor) - It is a 10-minute bus ride from Sangam-dong.
👉 Check-in 15:00, Check-out 11:00. - Check-in is contactless, and check-in instructions will be provided on the morning of your arrival. - Please refrain from making loud noises to avoid disturbing neighboring units. - This is a short-term rental, not a hotel, so please handle cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and trash disposal (including separating recyclables) yourself during your stay. 😊 - Please bring your own towels, toothbrushes, hair dryers, and personal hygiene items.
[Option Details] * Options: 47-inch TV/Bidet/Vacuum Cleaner/Central Heating and Cooling/Beds (King, Super Single)/Table and Chairs (4)/Large Sofa (1) * Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, frying pan, tableware, mugs, knives, etc.) [Minus Options] - If you bring your own bedding, we will deduct 20,000 KRW from the total rental fee. 1. Please inform us in advance if the number of occupants exceeds 5. 2. Regular parking registration within the building is prohibited. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors for the next guests. 5. Please be mindful of excessive noise, loud singing, and drinking and dancing, as these may lead to complaints. 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (a fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for smoking). Violation of the above special conditions may result in contract termination without refund of the usage fee, and the deposit will not be returned. Please also note that if damages occur due to a violation of the special conditions, compensation for damages may be claimed from the tenant.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.

It's a quiet neighborhood. It's a new apartment complex, so recycling and parking are convenient, and the house is more spacious than I thought, so I had a good stay. It would be even better if there was a dryer, and it would have been better if the cleaning was a bit more thorough. Still, I had a good stay.
I had a good time for two months.^^ Thank you so much for being so accommodating even though I made some mistakes.^^ The house was so clean, so I had a very comfortable stay.^^
