KAIST is just across the bridge from the side gate. Many people use kickboards and bicycles.

Check-in is contactless. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If you smoke, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
KAIST, Daejeon Government Complex, and Statistics Korea are within walking distance. KBS, Shinsegae Department Store, Galleria Timeworld, Lotte Department Store, Daejeon City Hall, Seo-gu Office, DCC, and Eulji University Hospital are 3-4 bus stops away. It is located near Daedeok Research Complex and the National Science Museum.
The management fee is for two people. An additional fee will be charged for each additional person. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, an additional management fee may be requested.
