The house is close to Ewha Womans University Station, so transportation is convenient and the area is not very noisy. The landlord is also kind. However, many of the interior facilities are old and have not been replaced or are inconvenient. For example, there is a large amount of mold on the bathroom door. It's nice to have a parking lot, but the entrance is not properly made, perhaps because it's a redevelopment area, so it's not easy to get the car out.
