This accommodation is a 10-minute walk from Seoul Station and has a hotel-like interior. It has been completely remodeled to create a beautiful, hotel-like space. The bed has a heated mattress for a warm sleep, and hotel-style bedding is provided. In addition, the entire bedroom and living room have underfloor heating, so you can stay warm. The bathroom is for private use!!!! 🙂

The place was clean and well-stocked with everything I needed, making my stay very comfortable. I also appreciated how quickly you came to fix the shower hose when it developed a leak. I had a great stay over the past month!
I had to book this place in a rush, but I managed to find one relatively close to Exit 12, and I had a very pleasant stay. Since it wasn't located right next to a main road, it wasn't too noisy. Although the unit is small, the space is well-organized, so it felt more spacious than its actual square footage suggests. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient for breakfast and late-night meals. I’m not sure if the windows open, but the room did feel a bit stuffy. All the basic amenities were provided, so I stayed without any major inconveniences. I recommend this place for its great value.
