Smoking is only allowed in the rooftop area. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please refrain from dangerous pranks in the rooftop area. There is a risk of falling. It is located on the 4th floor. The building is old. However, the 4th floor has been completely remodeled, so it is clean and pleasant.
The management fee is included in the price. If you use excessive amounts of electricity, gas, or water, additional charges may apply upon check-out.
