This is a private accommodation located a 10-minute walk from Seongsu Station. It has been completely remodeled to create a beautiful space called [A Place to Rest in the City]. It is a 30-pyeong (approx. 99 sqm) accommodation, divided into 2 bedrooms, a dressing room, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. There are 3 queen-size beds, and it is prepared to accommodate 6 people. The entire bedroom and living room have underfloor heating. Each room has air conditioning.
It is located between Seongsu Station and Konkuk University Station on Line 2. It is located on Yeonmujang-gil, which is a popular spot these days.
Check-in is contactless. Once your reservation is complete, we will send you check-in information on the day of your reservation.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please smoke outside the building. The building is old. However, the 3rd floor has been completely remodeled, so it is clean and pleasant. Trash must be separated for recycling and disposed of in a standard-sized trash bag.
All utility bills are included in the price. However, if you use excessive electricity and water, additional charges may be incurred upon check-out.
I stayed here for a week. The place is spacious, offers plenty of storage, and is impeccably clean. It is located right off Yeonmujang-gil, making it a great spot for exploring Seongsu. The only downside is the major construction work right in front of the accommodation, which causes noise from morning until afternoon. However, the location, cleanliness, and price are all excellent enough to make up for that drawback.
We had a wonderful week-long stay while touring universities with our children. Thanks to the great location and the host's detailed explanations, we were able to complete our itinerary without any issues. Highly recommended.
We had an amazing stay and couldn't be happier. Huge thanks to the host for the incredibly fast response and kindness — we urgently needed an early same-day check-in while traveling with a small child, and the host made everything so easy. The location is perfect: right in one of Seoul's trendiest areas, surrounded by shops, brands, cafes, and restaurants. Transportation was excellent too — airport limousine bus stop just 5 minutes away, plus buses and subway nearby. The apartment exceeded expectations. It had everything we needed: towels, toiletries, laundry detergent, full kitchen supplies, spices, coffee machine, water filter, air conditioning, steamers, and more. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared. Two bedrooms made it especially comfortable for our family, and for this price, it felt like an incredible find. We're truly grateful and would absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Seoul.
