* This is a quiet house with a lovely view, recently remodeled in a white and wood-toned style, located right next to the Sambe Village Camping Site. * The owners reside on the second floor, while the first floor features a separate private entrance. * It is fully equipped with a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, cooking utensils, a TV, bedding, and Wi-Fi.
It is Sambe Village (located behind the former Pungcheon Elementary School), about a 10–20 minute drive from downtown Sabuk.
ㅡ Detailed check-in instructions will be provided upon reservation confirmation. ㅡ The access code will be sent via text message on the day of check-in. ㅡ The standard occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum capacity of 6 people. ㅡ An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person per day applies for guests exceeding the standard occupancy. (Payment for additional guests is to be made on-site.) ㅡ Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited.
There is a charming, small branch school right in front, making it a great place for children to run and play. In the summer, the clean Sogumgang Stream offers a wonderful spot for kids to enjoy playing in the water. It is highly recommended for a month-long stay during school breaks or the High1 ski season.
All management fees are included in the basic management fee.
When you think of Jeongseon, this is the place: Hocheon Stay. It's in a perfect location for sightseeing around Gangwon Land, etc. Thanks to the clean and quiet environment and the friendly host, my trip to Gangwon-do this time was so, so good.
It was clean, quiet, and nice. However, it was a little inconvenient because there were no chopsticks.
