Clean, with large windows and great natural light. High ceilings create a pleasant, airy atmosphere. Excellent heating and cooling; the owner personally handles move-in cleaning and maintains the place with great care. Within 5 minutes of Naebang Station (Subway Line 7). About 12 minutes from Bangbae Station (Line 2). Within 15 minutes of Baekseok University. One subway stop to St. Mary's Hospital. 10 minutes by taxi. There is a slight uphill slope in front of the building. ☆Pets are strictly prohibited.

The unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every guest's arrival. Bedding is laundered for each stay and is available upon request (fee: 10,000 KRW per single set). It is fully prepared for a single occupant. Tableware is available upon request if needed (includes one pot and a single-person dish set; free of charge). Strictly no smoking (a penalty of 300,000 KRW applies if smoking occurs). No pets allowed. As this is a residential area, parties with guests or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. This accommodation is for one person only (approx. 16.5 m² / 5 pyeong). Parking is not available.
Please tidy up and wash the dishes before checking out. Please separate your recyclables and dispose of all trash at the designated area next to the building. It would be appreciated if you could gather the used bedding and towels in one spot. We will conduct a final check-out inspection either in person or via photos, depending on the situation. Although this is a short-term rental, we provide all the essentials you would find in a standard accommodation. I do my very best to ensure a clean and safe stay for all tenants. We ask that short-term tenants please observe proper etiquette during their stay♡
Excessive use of included items may result in a request for additional management fees.
