Houstay is an old house located in a quiet residential area. It has been recently remodeled and is kept clean and tidy. It is equipped with a washer and dryer, so the bedding is also kept clean. The large room has a queen bed, and the small room has a super single mattress. You can watch Netflix and Coupang Play.
It is an 8-minute walk from Yeonsinnae Station. It is convenient to travel to Hongdae, Hapjeong, Goyang-si, etc. with the double line of lines 3 and 6. With the opening of the GTX, you can travel to Seoul Station in 5 minutes and to KINTEX and Paju within 15 minutes.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you check-in instructions, the detailed address, and photos.
- You can freely use the 2 guest rooms, living room, bathroom, and laundry room, excluding the staff room. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Each room is equipped with a fire alarm, and a cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected. - This is a quiet residential area. Please refrain from making loud noises or engaging in boisterous behavior after 9 PM, as this may cause complaints. - For safety and security, a CCTV is installed at the entrance. - Moving furniture inside the accommodation is prohibited. Restoration costs will be charged for permanent damage to wallpaper, floors, bedding, table stains, or the building. - Detergent is not provided for washing machine use. - Pets are not allowed.
All management fees are included in the management fee item. If electricity and gas bills are excessively high, additional charges will be applied with the attachment of the usage details.
