- Lotte Mart is located in the building right next door. - A general hospital (Central Hospital) is right next door. - There is a convenience store in the building. - It is near the Sihwa Industrial Complex, making it suitable for business trips or short-term work stays. - Highly recommended for interns at Sihwa Hospital. - Please let us know in advance if you need to register your vehicle. (Registration is not available on weekends or public holidays when the management office is closed.)
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may apply if the management fee becomes excessive (exceeding the standard by 20% or more).
I stayed here for a week because my moving dates didn't align, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean it was the moment I opened the door. Thanks to this place, I had a comfortable stay while commuting to work during that short period. It is very well-maintained, though I’m mentioning this just as feedback for your reference: the window frame covering (vinyl film) is a bit worn, causing some discoloration and bubbling. If you need short-term accommodation near the Sihwa Industrial Complex, I highly recommend this place!

The room is spacious and comes with amenities like towels and shampoo; plus, the location is convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, and banks nearby. However, regarding the cockroach issue, it seems like the entire building needs to undergo pest control on the same day.

I had a comfortable two-week stay. It was kept clean, just like in the photos, and since towels and bedding were provided, I didn't have to pack as much. The host was kind, too—it was a truly satisfying two weeks.
