-Restaurants, parks, and convenience facilities are distributed around Gyeongui Line Forest Park (Yeontral Park). - It is convenient to travel anywhere in Seoul by subway line 2, and it is easy to access Jongno and Gwanghwamun by bus. - It is located away from the downtown area, so you can stay quietly and comfortably.

The location is perfect—less than a 10-minute walk to Hongdae Street—but the main issue was that the place was quite dirty; it hadn't been cleaned properly at all, which made for a very unpleasant arrival. Also, although check-in was listed for 4 PM, we couldn't actually check in until 8:30 PM, and the host was quite difficult to communicate with.
The bed was heavily stained, and one day during our stay, we returned to find cockroaches on it. The location isn't bad, though there is a steep climb to get there. The price is also low.
The bathroom drain isn't draining properly.
