Please bring any items you need. 1. The maximum number of occupants is limited to 2 people. 2. Pets and smoking are prohibited. 3. Please refrain from engaging in activities that may cause noise complaints to neighbors, such as loud singing, parties, or other actions that may cause inter-floor noise. 4. You agree not to register your move-in at the business address or on your resident registration. In case of violation of the above special conditions, the contract may be terminated without a refund of the usage fee, and the security deposit will not be returned. In addition, if any damages occur due to a violation of the special conditions, the tenant will be charged for the damages.
This amount includes electricity, gas, water, internet, and OTT usage fees. However, please note that if you use electricity, gas, or water excessively, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
