I am writing this review because key information was missing from the listing. Upon arrival, I discovered that this is not a residential officetel but a commercial one, surrounded by business signage. While the view was nice, the other aspects of the unit were completely inadequate, making my stay very uncomfortable. I hadn't asked for bedding, but the operator unexpectedly offered to provide it as a courtesy. However, when I checked in, the bed cover and pillows were covered in mold, hair, and other debris. When I asked for replacements, they refused, claiming they weren't normally provided anyway and telling me to just keep them aside during my stay... Since I had been told bedding would be provided, I hadn't brought my own, so I ended up having to sleep without a blanket for the night—it was absurd. Also, the building is old and smelled of sewage; they had tried to mask it with an overwhelming amount of air freshener, which gave me a headache. The toilet and shower area are combined in a tiny space—barely 3.3 square meters (1 pyeong)—making it cramped even for a woman to shower. The water pressure in the shower was so weak that it was barely functional. The dishes provided had residue on them, and the hand soap left by the previous occupant was still there. The listing details promised a projector, but there wasn't one in the unit. The door lock didn't align properly with the frame, causing it to beep continuously whenever the door was closed. The air conditioner was full of mold and hadn't been cleaned. The building is so old that asbestos debris falls onto parked cars, the mold odor is severe, and parking space is extremely limited. To make matters worse, the operator kept asking me to write a positive review in exchange for 50,000 or 100,000 won—it was incredibly unpleasant.
The landlord is kind, and the view is great.
The view of the Han River was beautiful, and it was quiet, so I had a very relaxing stay!
'Roomding' is a place where you can stay comfortably in the city center.
