This house is located in a village where you can experience the charm of Jeju living. Although it's an older house, it's spacious and sturdy. It's close to the sea, but it's a hidden house, so you won't be directly exposed to the sea breeze, making it safe. Although it's a villa, it has a backyard and a flower garden, adding to the charm of Jeju living. The spaciousness of the area makes it comfortable for daily life.
It is located on the opposite side of Jeju Airport or Jeju Passenger Terminal, so it takes about 1 hour by car. If you take a bus from Jeju Airport, take bus 131 or 132 and get off at Namwon-eup Office, then transfer to bus 510 or 201 and get off at Daeseong-dong. There are many public transportation options going towards Pyoseon and Seogwipo, so it is convenient to use public transportation.

Wimi-ri is where Jeju Island's camellias were first planted, so there are many camellia trees in the village. There are tangerine fields everywhere and walls surrounding them, making it fun to walk through the alleys. It is on the Olle 5 course, and Wimi Port and the Seo-yeon's House Cafe, the filming location for the movie Architecture 101, are nearby.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. This amount includes electricity, water, gas, and heating oil. Instead of charging a separate cleaning fee, you are required to separate and dispose of trash, clean the house, and wash and hang used bedding, pillow covers, and towels before you leave. An additional 100,000 won will be charged if a new cleaning is required upon departure.

The Wimi area is located between Pyoseon and Jungmun, making it convenient to visit tourist attractions and beaches. The accommodation is an older villa, but the host keeps it very clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. There were plenty of bedding items, and they were clean. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were also well-equipped, which was convenient. Most importantly, the price for three rooms was very affordable. I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you.
