- Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. - We will send you a guide message on the day of check-in. - In the event of a boiler malfunction, cooperation is required as the boilers for all units on the semi-basement floor are located in this boiler room. (This rarely happens)
- Please remove all personal belongings and trash when checking out. If this is not done, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
-Among all utility bills, only electricity and gas bills are separate.
The smell in the bathroom was so bad that I couldn't eat. There were a lot of cockroaches, so I had to keep changing the poison. Other than that, the transportation was good and the amenities were good, so I'm grateful and had a good stay.
The soundproofing isn't great, and there's a smell and fruit flies from the bathroom. However, it does get some sunlight, and the room is spacious.
We will do our best to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
