Located near the subway station, yet situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. The layout includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom, small bedroom, and a utility room. The large bedroom can accommodate 2 to 3 guests. The bunk bed is a high-end model costing over 2 million won, making it sturdy and cozy. The bedroom is furnished only with the bunk bed, a sofa, and a table. To ensure the best possible sleep conditions for everyone in the large bedroom, we have placed items like the hair dryer, wardrobe, vanity, and storage bins in the living room instead. The small single bedroom is compact but features efficient storage space and is kept neat and tidy. This two-bedroom private house offers a comfortable stay for 2 to 4 guests. There is a dedicated laundry drying area in the small yard. A separate smoking area is also available in the utility room, which connects to the outdoors.
It is a 3-minute walk from Exit 5 of Hwagok Station. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away, and the one across the street is 3 minutes away. Transportation is extremely convenient. There is even a bus that goes directly to Hongdae. Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital is just 10 minutes away—two subway stops—from the house. Hwagok Station features movie theaters, hospitals, hair salons, supermarkets, Daiso, Starbucks, various bars, traditional markets, and so much more. It has absolutely everything and is bustling with activity. However, the immediate area right in front of the house is a residential neighborhood, so it is quiet and perfect for getting some deep, comfortable rest. Thank you.

You will have exclusive use of the entire house. It is fully furnished. The home features two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a utility room. The small utility room can be used for having tea or as a smoking area. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, yet a mere 3-minute walk takes you to the bustling Hwagok Station district, where you can find absolutely everything—there is even a traditional market. The area is packed with famous restaurants, cafes, and entertainment spots. While neither the building nor the interior is ultra-luxurious, the space is cozy and charming in its own way. I hope you feel as comfortable here as if you were staying at a friend's home. In any case, the location is unbeatable. Thank you. We provide pillows, duvets, bed linens, towels, soap, and dish detergent. The standard setup is for 3 guests. Please let me know in advance if there will be 4 guests. Since this only involves adding one extra pillow to the bottom bunk of the bunk bed or the double bed, I will not charge any extra fees for bedding or additional guests. I also will not charge any additional management fees; however, I would be very grateful if you could conserve utilities as if this were your own home. For 5 guests, I will still waive the additional management fee, but there is a surcharge for the extra person. We must move the sofa bed, lay down a thick pad, and set up a fresh duvet, cotton pad, and pillow on top. The fee for the sofa bed setup and the additional guest is 10,000 KRW per day, or 60,000 KRW per week. For contracts of 4 weeks or longer, the additional fee is reduced by 50%. You must provide the exact number of guests. If you state that 3 to 4 guests are staying but additional people move in secretly without notice, please be aware that I will easily discover this, and I will take immediate measures to evict you without refunding the rental fee.
I am making a sincere request to those who leave the air conditioning running even when they are out during the summer, or who keep the windows open in the dead of winter while cranking up the heating to sauna-like temperatures. I can no longer cover excessive utility bills for those who lack consideration. Please be advised that I will strictly charge for any additional costs incurred if the utility bill exceeds 200,000 KRW.
