The place is well-maintained and spacious. It has an individual heating system, so it should be comfortable even in winter. The view of the hotel across the way isn't bad, though I kept the curtains drawn just in case of visibility from outside. This was my second visit; the landlord was kind and truly went the extra mile, for which I am grateful.
