β Additional utility fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of included amenities. β The air conditioning system is ceiling-mounted; please turn it off when not in use to conserve energy. β The heating system utilizes underfloor heating and cannot be individually adjusted; however, a comfortable room temperature is maintained during winter, and hot water is available year-round. β Prior to move-in, we perform steam cleaning, wash all bedding, and sanitize mattresses and bathrooms.
