Cozy setup with hotel-style, anti-bacterial washed bedding. The home is quiet; the loft lounge (equipped with a projector) features a rail curtain partition. Cooling bedding is provided during the summer months for extra comfort. ✅️ Standard occupancy: 4 people (including small dogs). Due to noise concerns, the maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 4 people. 🙏🙏 We verify the exact number of guests prior to check-in. Please contact us if there are unavoidable circumstances (additional fees apply). Mutual trust is the foundation of our rental agreement. ✅️ To prevent noise and disturbances, visitors other than the registered guests are not permitted. ✅️ Air conditioner filters have been professionally cleaned (anti-bacterial treatment). ✅️ The home has been professionally cleaned, so you can move in immediately without any extra preparation. However, for long-term guests: while basic cookware (like pots) is provided, bringing your own familiar tools may make cooking more convenient. ✅️ Please place trash in the designated bags and dispose of it at the 1st-floor recycling area yourself; ensure all trash is disposed of and sorted before check-out. ✅️ A shared restroom is available within the building. 🚫 Pets generally restricted. 🐶 Please inquire regarding small dogs. ✔️ Part of the pantry is off-limits (used for storing supplies). 🙏🙏🙏 Please treat the home as your own; compensation of double the deposit amount will be required for damage to property, bedding, wallpaper, or flooring. We earnestly ask for your care and consideration.
💒 Our rental rates are highly competitive compared to Airbnb; we do not accept rentals of less than one week. We do not respond to inquiries regarding price negotiations. 🏞 Suseongmot Lake is within a 10-minute walk! We highly recommend a night stroll; the night view is beautiful and perfect for walking. 🏒 Golf practice range and gym facilities are available within the building. Residents enjoy a special rate (20,000 KRW); please pay the management office directly to use them. 🌈 As a rental property, we are prohibited by public hygiene laws from providing consumables (such as toiletries or toilet paper) or disposable items. ❗️❗️ Please watch your head and be careful on the stairs when using the duplex area. The landlord is not liable for safety accidents caused by the tenant's negligence or lack of care. Tenants are required to exercise the duty of care of a prudent manager (Civil Act Article 374). 🚫 The building is equipped with a system that automatically alerts the nearby fire station in the event of a fire. Please exercise caution while cooking, as excessive smoke or oil splatters can trigger false alarms and dispatch fire trucks. 🙏 Please strictly adhere to the agreed-upon number of guests. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a security deposit refund. (Security CCTV is installed in hallways, the entrance, elevators, and the parking lot.) ❗️ A special cleaning fee will be charged for traces of smoking or excessive soiling (pet owners, please take extra care). ⏳️ Cleaning begins within 10 minutes of the scheduled checkout time. ⚡️⚡️ Parties and disturbances caused by intoxication are strictly prohibited.
🏠 Includes shared maintenance fees, bedding rental, cable TV, and Giga-speed internet. ⚡️⚡️ If the combined cost of gas and electricity exceeds 40,000 KRW per week, the difference will be charged separately (please avoid excessive energy use during winter and summer). You do not need to worry as long as usage remains within reasonable limits. Meter readings will be documented via photos. 🤗 Please bring your own toiletries and consumables (such as toilet paper). Please note that this is a rental property, not a hotel or commercial lodging. 🐶 A separate special cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW applies if bringing a small dog. ❗️All trash must be disposed of in designated bags; please complete dishwashing and recycling before check-out.
