Due to noise concerns, the maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 4 people. ๐๐ We verify the exact number of guests before check-in. Mutual trust is the foundation of our agreement. โ ๏ธ To prevent noise and disturbances, visitors other than the registered guests are not permitted. โ ๏ธ Air conditioner filters have been professionally cleaned (anti-bacterial treatment). โ ๏ธ The home is thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate move-in; no extra preparation is needed. However, for long-term guests: while basic cookware (like pots) is provided, bringing your own familiar tools may make cooking more convenient. โ ๏ธ Please place trash in the designated bags and dispose of it at the 1st-floor recycling area yourself; ensure all trash and recycling are cleared out upon check-out. ๐ซ Pets generally restricted. ๐ถ Please inquire regarding small dogs. โ๏ธ Part of the pantry is off-limits (used for storing supplies). ๐๐๐ Please treat the home as your own; compensation of double the deposit amount will be required for any damage to property, bedding, wallpaper, or flooring. ๐ Our rental rates are highly competitive compared to Airbnb; however, we do not offer rentals for less than one week. Even if you stay for a shorter period, the booking must be made for a full week (6 nights). ๐ Suseongmot Lake is within a 10-minute walk! We highly recommend a night strollโthe night view is beautiful and perfect for walking. ๐ Golf practice and gym facilities are available in the building. Residents enjoy a special rate (20,000 KRW); please pay the management office directly to use them. ๐ As a rental property, we are prohibited by public hygiene laws from providing bathroom amenities (toiletries). โ๏ธโ๏ธ The building is equipped with a system that automatically alerts the nearby fire station in the event of a fire. Please be careful when cooking, as excessive smoke or oil splatters have previously caused false alarms and unnecessary fire truck dispatches. ๐ Please strictly adhere to the agreed number of guests. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a security deposit refund. (CCTV surveillance is installed in hallways, entrances, elevators, and parking areas.) โ๏ธ A special cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is left excessively dirty (guests with dogs, please take extra care). โณ๏ธ Cleaning begins within 10 minutes of the scheduled checkout time. ๐ The security deposit will be refunded after settling the actual costs for electricity and gas usage. โก๏ธโก๏ธ Parties and disturbances caused by intoxication are strictly prohibited.

Everything was great.
The location was convenient, but the quality of the kitchenware was somewhat disappointing. The pots were very thin, causing food to burn easily and leave black residue, which made cooking difficult; I even suffered a burn while using them. While the bed itself was comfortable, the bedding had a somewhat crisp, rustling texture that lacked a cozy feel. Access to many of the closets and storage spaces was restricted, and there were not enough hangers. This might not be a major issue for a short stay, but it could feel somewhat inconvenient for a long-term stay.
