Shared facilities—including four washing machines, two hot/cold water dispensers, and two microwaves—are available in two separate areas. The location is close to Seoul National University. The area is generally quiet; there are hiking trails on Gwanaksan Mountain, as well as a jogging path along a small stream near the main road. There are many delicious restaurants, and prices are generally affordable.
