Seongsu Cozy House is a 3-minute walk from Seongsu Station. It is located in a quiet residential area near Seongsu-dong Cafe Street. Please be considerate of the neighbors. 🖤 Short-term business trips, travel, one-month stays, long-term stays, etc. are all welcome. 🖤 You must bring your own bedding, towels, and toothbrushes. 🖤 (Please inquire separately if you need bedding or parking.) (Paid parking is available for one car: an additional 25,000 won per week.) Seasonings are available for use in Cozy House. 🖤 If you forcibly open a drawer with a lock, you may be charged for damages. If tableware or items in Cozy House are damaged, you may be charged for damages. I had a great stay!
I made a mistake with the contract period and didn't pack up my things. I asked if I could extend my stay through 33M2, but the host spoke to me rudely, telling me to clean up the room because they had another guest. They then called and asked if they should throw all my things away. When I rushed to the room, I was really upset because my belongings were being stepped on. Other 33M2 rooms usually ask the current guest about extending their stay first, but this place just accepted another guest. Of course, the house and other things were fine. I tried not to be upset, thinking they stepped on my things because they had to clean, but they didn't apologize. Giving it a 1-star rating felt like ending on a bad note, so I'm giving it 5 stars. However, it would be better not to speak to other guests in such a rude manner.
