One of the two rooms has been made into a home office or study room. The bedroom is separate and equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. We have made a lot of effort to ensure you can rest comfortably, whether for business trips or travel.
It is a 3-minute walk from Sadang Station. It is near an elementary school, and Line 2, Line 4, and Isu Station (Line 7) are also nearby. It is 10 minutes from Gangnam and has convenient transportation to the Gyeonggi-do area. You can take the direct bus 6016 to Incheon Airport from Sadang Station.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message or KakaoTalk message with check-in and usage instructions. Use the Itssokey to open the door. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. If smoking is detected indoors, you will be forcibly evicted and charged for cleaning the entire house. **Seocho-gu imposes fines for not separating recyclables, so please be sure to separate your recyclables. You will be charged if a fine is imposed.
Sadang Station's food alley and affordable vegetable and fruit stores are also nearby. A CU convenience store is right in front, and a cafe that opens at 8 AM is located in the adjacent building, where you can enjoy delicious brunch and coffee. Isu Station's Megabox and traditional market are also close by. Homeplus Namhyeon Branch, E-Mart, McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, and Youngpoong Bookstore are also nearby. The house was clean and well-maintained, and it had everything I needed, so I had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences. Even though I stayed for a long time, I felt at home and had a great time. The host was also kind and responded quickly, which I appreciated.
