- This accommodation was recently remodeled. - It is a clean and cozy accommodation where 3 people (up to 4 people) can rest comfortably. ● Large room: 2 beds (super single), TV, table, hanger ● Small room: 1 bed (queen), dressing table, sofa, hanger ● It consists of a living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
- Seryu Station, Suwon Station, Maegyo Station triple station area - 5-10 minutes on foot from Seryu Station - 10 minutes on foot from Suwon Bus Terminal - City bus stop located 2 minutes on foot
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. No smoking indoors. Pets are allowed after consultation via text message.
- Suwoncheon walking trail, 5-10 minutes walk from Manseok Park - NC Department Store, E-Mart within walking distance - Convenience store, laundromat, Korean buffet, restaurant, pharmacy, hospital nearby
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

I had a wonderful three weeks here. It was decorated like a newlywed home, so even though it was a hot summer, I had a very cool and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. The apartment was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, a washing machine, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, and more. Everything was well prepared, which made our stay so easy and relaxing. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
