- Standard occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum of 4 people. (An additional 50,000 KRW per person per week will be charged) - All utility fees are included in the management fee. - If electricity and gas are used excessively, additional charges may be requested upon departure. - General waste and food waste should be placed in designated bags, and recyclable waste should be separated and placed near the building entrance. - Any damage or contamination to the rental space or various equipment will be deducted from the security deposit. - If pets are brought along, an additional cleaning fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged regardless of the number of pets. - The electric rice cooker shown in the photos is currently not provided.
