It is a 7-minute walk from Sangsu Station. There are convenience stores, Starbucks, a laundromat, and famous cafes nearby. There are about five steps.

(Please inquire for pricing.) ✔️ This is a house where the entrance opens directly to the outside, without a front gate or yard. ✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. ✔️ Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. ✔️ The move-in process is contactless. ✔️ Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions around 3:30 PM on the day of check-in. ✔️ As this is a short-term rental rather than a hotel or guesthouse, guests are responsible for cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and waste disposal (including recycling and sorting). ✔️ Although we conduct thorough, regular professional pest control (via Cesco) due to the property's location in a residential area, small insects may still enter due to ventilation or seasonal factors. Please note that early check-out or refunds due to this issue are not available; we ask those sensitive to this to consider it carefully before booking. (We will actively provide additional pest control measures if any issues arise.)

A lovely, thoughtfully prepared apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely amazing for me, and I really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to spend time in Seoul.
