It is more spacious than a standard "gosiwon" (exam prep housing) and offers convenient cooking facilities. It is safer than typical studio apartment areas. Essentials such as laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided, and a dryer is available for quick laundry drying. Built-in closets, bedding, and an electric heating pad are provided as standard. Free Wi-Fi is included. For two occupants, an additional bedding set is provided for an extra fee (60,000 KRW, including maintenance fees). Bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, etc.) are stocked. As the room is located near the entrance, you can easily enter, exit, and use the restroom without passing through common areas.
It is a 5-minute drive to Osan IC. It is a 3-minute walk to the local bus stop, and a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) to Osan Station and Osan Bus Terminal. Please let us know in advance if you need to register your vehicle for parking.
Amenities such as the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, water purifier, kitchen area, and tableware are available for shared use. Basic food items like rice, eggs, ramen, and kimchi are provided. There are two cats. While they do not jump on people, please refrain from staying if you are uncomfortable with cats or if you have your own pets. Long-term rates (including maintenance fees): 6 months or longer (450,000 KRW per month)

I stayed here while doing an internship at Osan Hankook Hospital; it’s within a five-minute walk, surrounded by convenient amenities, and the owner was incredibly kind, making my stay very comfortable. The home-cooked meals provided by the owner were delicious and filling, satisfying both my appetite and my heart. Seeing the cute cats made the experience even more healing!
