It is a clean house finished with good materials. It has a modern and cozy atmosphere. The two rooms are not small, and the living room is not small either!! The large room has a king-size bed, which is enough for three adults, and the small room has a queen-size bed, which can accommodate two adults. Just bring yourselves~~^^
Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station is a 1-minute walk away (there are several exits nearby: 4, 9, 10, 3, and 2). It's a triple station area for Lines 2, 4, and 5. There are many buses across the street to Gangnam (20 minutes) and Yeouido (20 minutes by subway). All tourist attractions are within walking distance. The location is prime and transportation is excellent!
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed.
There are many places to see nearby, such as famous tourist attractions, historical sites, Cheonggyecheon Stream, wholesale markets, and counterfeit markets. Across the street, you'll find Daiso, Olive Young, and Ashley. Hyundai City Outlet and Doota Mall are also within a 5-minute walk.
All utility bills are included (electricity, water, city gas, maintenance fee).
