5-minute walk from Incheon Subway Sungui Station, 10-minute walk from Inha University Station Please contact us in advance if you need to park in the apartment's underground parking lot. 20-minute walk from Inha University Hospital and Inha University. 10-minute walk from Incheon Subway. 3-minute drive to Gyeongin Expressway. Numerous buses such as 8, 9, 38, and 112 are available at the 'Yonghyeon Hill' bus stop near Yonghyeon Jay Crest. Inha University Station and Yonghyeon Intersection bus stops are also within walking distance.
Check-in is in person. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and please refrain from making loud noises that may disturb neighbors. It is essential to clean up after using the bathroom and kitchen. As this is not a lodging establishment, bedding and towels are not provided, but please inquire if needed. The kitchen is available for use, but please inquire before using dishes, etc. Please clean up after use, and if used for more than one hour, a cleaning fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged.
A kind and tidy 70-year-old grandmother lives alone. For her safety, a webcam is installed in the living room. We ask for your understanding. She welcomes residents as if they were her own grandchildren, so please feel free to use the space warmly and comfortably. There are 2 rooms available for sharing, accommodating up to 2 people. Please inquire about additional costs.
If you excessively use items included in the management fee, additional management fees may be requested. The principle is for one person to use the room, and please inquire if you wish to add more people. The washing machine is available, so please inquire. The water purifier is available.

They take care of you very carefully! However, it may be difficult for people who lack social skills or have difficulty dealing with adults. I was very comfortable and it was great.
I had a really warm time at Grandma's house. From the moment I arrived until I left, she took meticulous care of me and always asked if I needed anything, which made me feel at ease. The room was clean and cozy, so I felt more comfortable than if I were at an accommodation, like I was staying at a relative's house. Thanks to her, I slept well and had a pleasant stay for the entire week. I'm leaving with good memories thanks to this warm connection. Thank you :)
