- 9 minutes to Busan City Hall Station, 12 minutes to Yeonsan Station, 12 minutes to Geoje Station via Donghae Line, and many buses on the BRT bus-only road in front of Busan City Hall, so traffic is smooth. - There is a small street nearby. - Parking is available for one car on a first-come, first-served basis. However, please park close to the pillar. Space is needed for delivery drivers to pass.
- Check-in is contactless. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. A can for cigarette butts is provided on the 1st floor. - Pets are allowed. However, please be sure to bring your own pet supplies. (There is no additional charge. However, if there is any damage or defacement, the cost of restoration will be charged.) Please ensure there are no complaints. This may be a condition for eviction. - Bedding and towels are not provided. - As this is not a lodging business, disposable and consumable items are not provided.
-Convenient facilities such as a supermarket, Daiso, hardware store, Geoje Market, Starbucks, and McDonald's are within a 5-10 minute distance. -Please purchase and use standard garbage bags, and strictly adhere to separate collection and food waste separation. (Food waste can be disposed of in the dedicated bins on the 1st floor without needing to purchase bags or chips.) -Restoration costs may be incurred in case of damage. -We do not engage in private transactions without a contract. (Excluding contract extensions)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I needed a short-term rental due to a gap in my moving schedule, and I had a great stay. It’s conveniently located near City Hall with plenty of good restaurants, and there are supermarkets, convenience stores, and Daiso nearby.
Everything was clean, and the thoughtfully provided amenities made my stay very comfortable. It’s also great that the subway station is nearby. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Busan.
