The interior has been thoroughly cleaned, and the appliances—including the washing machine, refrigerator, and air conditioner—are all in excellent, clean condition. It’s rare to find a place in Seoul with this level of infrastructure, proximity to the subway, an 8-pyeong (approx. 285 sq. ft.) layout, *and* a forest view! You’ll be truly satisfied with this home 🌟

The location is excellent; it is right in front of the station and surrounded by great amenities. Above all, the view is a major highlight. On the downside, being right next to a busy main road means there is significant traffic noise at night, and a lot of light streams in during the morning, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. The mattress caused some back pain, so I used an additional topper. Since there are so many units, catching an elevator can be difficult. Also, the food waste disposal system—using an in-unit processor rather than bags—is convenient, though it might be unpleasant for those with a sensitive stomach. Overall, however, I had a great experience in this prime location.
I stayed here because I needed a place to sleep during my practical exam period. It was clean and in a great location. I had a pleasant stay.
The host was incredibly kind and very responsive. The place was cozy with a lovely interior, and the bedding and towels were all clean and well-prepared, so I had a great stay with just my travel luggage. The view was beautiful, and there were plenty of places to visit nearby. Highly recommended!
