This is a clean, well-lit studio apartment with a large window offering a view of Children's Grand Park. At 8 pyeong (approximately 26.4 square meters), it's spacious for a studio and perfectly sized for a single occupant. It has been thoroughly cleaned and laundered, and the washing machine, refrigerator, and air conditioner are all relatively new and in excellent condition. Most furniture is provided, including a comforter, desk, chair, floor sofa, and vanity, so you can move in with just yourself. 🙂 (Long-term rentals are also welcome! 🤗)
Children's Grand Park Station (Line 7) is a 30-second walk away. There is a bus stop right in front of the building. Konkuk University Station is about an 8-minute walk away. Konkuk University's back gate is within a 4-minute walk.

Also, since it's on the 9th floor, the air is good and only the park is visible, making the view feel even clearer. I think it's truly rare to find this level of infrastructure, proximity to a subway station, and an 8-pyeong (approx. 26.4 sq m) space with a forest view in Seoul! This is a truly satisfying home 🌟
