This spacious accommodation is great for family trips and group trips of up to 4 people (maximum 5 people). :) It consists of a large living room, 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The beds are 2 double beds + 1 super single bed.
By bus: Get off at Kyunghee School and walk for 3 minutes. By car: We will send you the address.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
- Management fees are included in the rent. ★ Excessive management fees may be charged separately. - If the number of guests exceeds the standard, a fee of 10,000 won/(1 person*1 night) will be charged. ★ Please confirm the number of guests in advance when making a reservation. 10 towels are provided upon initial check-in. (No additional towels provided) If needed, you can use a nearby laundromat.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

I had a good stay. Communication was good, and they listened to my requests, which was nice. There were many rooms, so it was good for multiple people to use. Cleanliness was a given.
