We have remodeled the bathroom, plumbing, and facilities while preserving the charming retro vibe of this older home. (Barbecue parties are possible in the yard.) This is a short-term residential rental rather than a commercial lodging facility, so there are no restrictions on the number of guests. Pets are also welcome. Major attractions such as Seobu Market, Jungang Market, and Wolhwa Street are located very close by, and free street parking is available along the main road. Please note that if the property sustains damage—such as stains or lingering odors—restoration costs may be charged upon checkout. It is located midway between Gangneung Station and the Gangneung Bus Terminal.
It is located right in front of the bus stop on the main road at Gyodong Intersection. It is situated halfway between Gangneung Station and the Gangneung Bus Terminal. Being on the main road makes it easy to use public transportation like taxis and buses, and street-side parking spaces are also available.

As this is a detached house, there are no management fees (internet is also free). However, charges for heating oil, water, and electricity usage will be calculated and billed upon check-out. You are required to perform basic cleaning upon moving out to restore the property to its original condition; failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.
