All utility charges are included in the management fee; however, additional fees will be charged for excessive use of electricity, water, or gas.

A lovely, cozy apartment in a great location—close to beauty clinics and just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore Seoul. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very spacious bedroom and an incredibly comfortable bed. The host's kindness and attentiveness made the stay even better. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with, and I really appreciated their care and support. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!
