This spacious studio apartment with a sliding partition is located on the main road of Teheran-ro at Posco Intersection. The interior is clean and spacious enough for two people. The options include a queen-size bed and bedding, a sofa, a sofa table, a 55-inch smart TV, a TV stand, a microwave, a refrigerator, a washing machine, an air conditioner, a built-in closet, a shoe cabinet, a shower booth, and a cooktop.
It is very convenient to get around, with Seolleung Station 5 minutes away, Samseong Station 7 minutes away, and a bus stop at Posco Intersection just a 1-minute walk away.
Check-in is contactless. Smoking is prohibited indoors. An additional cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for bringing pets or smoking. Check-out is at 11 AM and check-in is at 2 PM. Please let us know if you need to adjust the time due to circumstances. ^^ You will need to prepare your own daily necessities and disposable items, but please contact us for any other necessary items or inquiries, and we will provide detailed information.
It is a 5-minute walk from Hyundai Department Store and COEX near Samseong Station, and close to Seolleung Station's restaurant alley and Daechi-dong's academy district.
All utility fees are included in the management fee. ^^
I was satisfied with everything, including the location and facilities; I was especially grateful for the host's thoughtful, prompt, and considerate responses to my inquiries.
The location is excellent, and the place is very quiet. There were absolutely no issues with water pressure or drainage. The host was very quick to respond and kind. Thanks to that, I had a wonderful stay.
