This is a clean, long-term residence that has recently been remodeled. It has an ocean view with Songjeong Beach right in front, offering excellent lighting and an open feel. It is equipped with two queen-size beds, making it suitable for 2 people or families, and the separate living room, kitchen, and bathroom make it convenient for daily living. It is fully equipped with basic appliances and household items necessary for a long-term stay, including a washing machine, air conditioner, 60-inch TV, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. This space is exclusively for long-term residents staying for 4 weeks or more.
There is a public parking lot right in front. Parking is free from 9 PM to 9 AM. There is also free parking available at Songjeong Riverside, which is a 10-minute walk away.
Contract and move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. Check-in and usage information will be provided separately after the contract is confirmed. All forms of smoking, including regular cigarettes and e-cigarettes (including liquid and heated tobacco products), are prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. If odors, contamination, or additional cleaning are required due to smoking, a separate restoration fee may be charged. Haeundae and Gwangalli are easily accessible.
This space is for short-term rentals of one month or more. It is provided after basic cleaning is completed before moving in, and we ask that you only dispose of trash and do a simple tidying up when you check out. Additional charges may apply only in cases of abnormal contamination, damage, or excessive cleaning. Notice of Additional Electricity Bill Settlement During the summer months from June to September, if the air conditioner is used for extended periods or continuously, and electricity consumption exceeds the standard for typical long-term stays, an additional settlement will be made based on the actual electricity bill incurred for the excess usage.
