Very well located, close to the metro and bus station, the owner was very friendly and answered my questions even at night. I would rent it again.
It's pleasant and has good natural light. It was spacious enough for me and my 7-year-old child to stay for two weeks. It's well-equipped with everything you need, and above all, the location is really great. Nearby, there's Olive Young, Starbucks, convenience stores, a library where kids can read books, and even a bakery that sells kouign-amann praised by Chef Son Jong-won. The subway and bus stops are very close. The grocery store isn't too far, so grocery shopping is convenient. I'm a foreign resident, and I'm actively recommending this place both in Korea and after returning home. It was also great to be able to communicate well with the host. Most importantly, if I travel to Korea again, I definitely want to stay here again. I really recommend it!!
