Gimcheon-Gumi Station is a 10-minute drive away, and Gimcheon Innovation City is a 5-minute drive away. There is a bus at the village entrance, but it doesn't run often, so it may be inconvenient if you don't have a car. There is a commercial building at the village entrance, but there is no convenience store.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. Please contact us if you have any issues with check-in or check-out. We will provide check-in instructions on the morning of your check-in day.
The area around the multi-family house is a quiet, densely populated area of multi-family houses. If there are complaints about noise, you will be immediately evicted. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, and pets are not allowed.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
