I am a host who operates accommodations and rental studios. I have extensive travel experience and have been on frequent business trips due to my career at an ICT public enterprise, so I've probably stayed in over 500 hotels. I've sought out spaces that offer new experiences, indulging in Airbnb, guesthouses, short-term rentals, a year-long stay in a detached house in Jeju, Stayfolio, and more. However, among those many spaces, only a few are memorable, and I can count on one hand the places I've revisited. I want to create that kind of experience for you: a place you will "revisit," not just a place you "want to revisit." I do not include anything of low quality or that is not good in the space. If you have any requests before check-in, we can reflect your order and provide necessary items and services. My basic mindset is, "If the owner reduces their profit, the customer is satisfied by that much." I apologize that I cannot offer very low prices, as the basic monthly maintenance cost for the space (monthly rent market price of 800,000 won, average management fee of 230,000 won, internet 36,000 won, utilities separate) exceeds 1,000,000 won.
