I apologize that I cannot offer extremely low rates, as the basic monthly maintenance cost for the space exceeds 1 million KRW (market rent of 800,000 KRW, average management fee of 230,000 KRW, internet at 36,000 KRW, plus separate utility bills).
All costs included; gas usage exceeding 15㎥ per week is charged at 1,100 KRW per 1㎥.
