Maison 189 is a 1.5-room, fully furnished new house located in Dunsan-dong. I've decorated it to be like a trendy mid-century style hideaway. I'm proud to say it's a room with great value for its quality! Even if you're just staying for a short time, I hope you'll experience comfort and relaxation in this clean and unique space. ^^
15-minute walk from Daejeon City Hall Station Convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, laundromats, and Save Zone (McDonald's, Daiso) are within a 5-10 minute walk.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM - Check-in is contactless. - We will send you a message with instructions upon confirmation of your reservation. - Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. A special cleaning fee will be charged for any damage caused by cigarette odor. - Loud noises and parties are prohibited. Please be advised that failure to comply will result in eviction.
It is well secured. It is a fully furnished room with a bed (super single), TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and a filtered showerhead. All other items necessary for daily life are well-equipped, so you can move in immediately. Upon moving in, bedding will be provided freshly laundered (hot air dried).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be charged an additional fee for the management fee.
I had a comfortable stay for the past two months without any issues.
I stayed for 2 months, and it was a clean and conveniently located house with no major inconveniences! I'm very satisfied with my stay. ^.^
