A special cleaning fee will be charged if there is damage caused by the smell of smoke. ▪︎ Loud noise and parties are prohibited; please note that violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.
▪︎ Excellent security. ▪︎ Fully furnished with a bed (super single), TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave. ▪︎ Features a shower with a filter installed; fully equipped with all other ▪︎ essentials for daily living, so you can move in immediately. ▪︎ Bedding (hotel-style) is always provided clean—sanitized, bleached, and ironed—upon move-in.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may be billed if the included utilities are used excessively.
Everything was well-managed—including recycling and food waste disposal—making it very convenient to use, and the place was just as cozy and tidy as the photos showed. I really enjoyed my stay!
I had a comfortable stay for the past two months without any issues.
