It is connected to Daecheong Station. It is an 11-minute walk to Samsung Medical Center. It is two stops away from the Daechi academy district. Close to Samseong Station and COEX.
The move-in process is contactless. We will provide check-in instructions once the booking is confirmed. It is a pleasant and cozy space. Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM
The first floor features amenities such as a convenience store, Paris Baguette café, clothing store, and pharmacy. There is an E-Mart on the basement level, making daily life very convenient. Parking costs 10,000 won per day; however, since staying longer than 24 hours requires exiting and re-entering the lot once a day, we recommend using the affordable public parking lot located right next door.
An additional management fee may be charged if included amenities are used excessively. All utility costs are included in the management fee. The management fee covers up to two people at no extra charge. An additional fee of 50,000 KRW per week applies for each additional person.
